Update Jan 07, 2025....Nearly a month later and still no response from Josh despite chasing....will update when they get back to me.Called Topgolf in Glasgow as my gift…Called Topgolf in Glasgow as my gift card had expired by 5 days. Was told to contact CashStar. The number was constantly engaged so emailed customer service. Had a reply saying nothing they can do because the expiration date is hard coded in our system, we are unable to extend the promotional period or override the expiry date. Tried calling again, same problem constantly engaged. I have never in all my years heard of a company that wouldn't extend a voucher by a few days. Not at all happy with CASHSTAR or Topgolf for that matter.
