I can already guess their response: 'We're sorry, and we will email you.' If they do, I might revise my review positively, but I doubt they will actually follow through. It's astonishing how they maintain any partnerships. I will pursue this until it's resolved. Be wary, they charge you but deny it, and then... nothing happens. They seem to rely on kids spending their allowance. With over 1000 negative reviews across various platforms, their dishonesty is evident. The support team was utterly useless.
