ordered a e-gift card- I did not receive the email for access to the e-gift card. Tried calling the lady put me on hold forever, so I tried chatting. I was told they attempted but said message failure. Meanwhile I received the email of payment to them from pay pal. I could just imagine had I sent it directly to the recipient I would not know if it would have been sent. It took an over an hour to fix this issue via chat, they would not refund the money even though they could not send it, they would not reissue through text, insisted on another email. I had to create another email account just for this purpose. So if they screw up you will have to spend a good amount of time trying to sort it out. No refunds even if they screw up- unethical. I do not recommend purchasing a gift card through them.
