Who do I need to contact. I purchased a Sephora card on their site and this time it tells me unable to process my order but the Sephora e card couldn't tell me the reason why and escalated my request, then to get an email saying unable to. How is this supposed to help with no reason or information needed to correct it.***update***I do not what they mean by respond at the nonreply when it come back that it can't be sent.
