****update - they said they sent me an email to resolve this through trust pilot. They did not send said email. I have no idea how this company can be used by so many ‘big companies’. Was trying to get a gift card from Panda Express as a birthday gift. Gold Star rejected my transaction, but put a hold on my card. The hold still hasn’t expired even though it’s been weeks. Tried contacting customer service numerous times, with no response. They clearly are a horrible company, it’s just so odd that all these restaurant chains and others use their service for online gift cards.
