A week ago i tried to buy two 10$ roblox robux card, both times i recieved the message "unable to process", after that i sent an email to their support team and recieved an email telling me to wait 72 hours to get my money back, btw i have been waiting more than 7 days for my refund. No further tries to help me, just an email that made nothing. Terrible customer service.UPDATE 17/10/24Yesterday i got my refund, it took 2 weeks approximately, i would advise to buy physical gift cards since it seems that online ur order could randomly be unable to process. They gave the money back and responded quick after the review, upgrading to 3 stars.
