Still desperately fighting to get my refund

Final update and matter closed thanks to this platform. Yesterday afternoon on 27th of September 2024, I finally received my refund on my account. The case started on 19th of September and on 27th, 8 days of mail exchanges to finally recovering my money back. Once again, this platform was very useful to reach my goal.
