I purchased a $100 voucher from CashStar for PlayStation, but unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address for delivery. While this was my error, the complete lack of customer support in resolving the issue has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.I immediately contacted CashStar's support team to rectify the mistake, but despite numerous follow-up emails over several days/weeks, I have received no response whatsoever. I expected much better communication for a company handling such large transactions, but instead, I’ve been completely ignored.$100 is a significant amount of money, and to have it vanish without any customer support or action from CashStar is beyond disappointing. This lack of basic service has left me feeling cheated and disillusioned. I highly urge anyone considering using CashStar to think twice before purchasing anything through their platform. Their unprofessionalism and negligence are not worth the risk.If I do not receive a prompt response soon, I will take this matter to the next level and continue warning others of this terrible experience.
