I bought a birthday gift card. Card was immediately charged and also immediately received an email that my order would not be processed with this message:"We're sorry. We were unable to process your eGift Card order Settled charges will be refunded to the original form of payment. Pending authorizations do not represent capture of funds and will expire according to the policies of the financial institution."But my card was charged the full amount. I complained to them and also opened a dispute with my card provider which states the amount is outstanding and would be refunded on 21st September unless claimed by them.*** UPDATE *** Got a weird invitation from Trustpilot that they want me to reply but the link expired after 3 days. Can't get in touch. Plus the number in the reply belongs to Trustpilot not to Cashstar.
