I bought a $135 gift card over a week ago. In the end it couldn't be processed but they did debit my money. The bank doesn't have any transaction showing that you, Cash Star, have returned my money. I have called over 3 times and have also contacted you via email since the bank is asking me for proof from you and I can't get anything. This is very frustrating. #CND6K35PPSUpdate.
