I purchased a €50,- Playstation Gift Card on March 28th. The money was deducted directly from my bankaccount, but I have never received a Playstation Gift Card by email. I have filled in the form on their website for 11 times in the last 5 weeks, no reply at all. After this I have sent three emails within two weeks their official email. It's just a dead end where nobody replies but still takes your money without given a Playstation Gift Card which I have obviously paid for. Absolute scam, please don't by anything via CashStar. I see they reply within two days via TrustPilot, so curious if this helps to get some communication with this awfull company.Update on 11-5: They "resolved" the case after my review on Trustpilot by letting me know they cannot help any further. They stole my €50,- euro's. Huge shame. Here is the message:Hello Karel! Thank you so much for your patience regarding this matter. We have received a communication from our payments team, and according to the information they shared with us, they do not have visibility to check payments for the German department. In this case, their best advice is to contact your financial institution so they can help you void the transaction. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience, we understand how frustrating it could be, and we wish we would have been of more assistance.
