Avoid this process

I submitted my application on 19/12 but received no communication until 24/12. On that day, I got about seven requests for additional documents and information, which I provided. The account showed that my application was under review. However, on 26/12, I received an email stating that my application had expired. I replied asking why it expired when I had submitted all necessary information, but as of 30/12, there has been no response. This has been a total waste of time, as I was asked for a lot of personal information only to be ignored. I intend to file a complaint with the relevant authority.
