Waste of time don't bother I'm nearly 60 on disability and in government housing I get over 1100 a fortnight can well afford it they didn't even ring me or ask if I missed something in my application or there's something wrong somewhere else I need 500 only for dental work I'm in pain they don't care no customer service whatsoever
I spent three days only to find out I wasn't eligible to borrow $250. I won't waste my time with this service again. There are far better lenders available; this was a frustrating experience to be told 'no' after such a long wait.

The account indicated that my application was under review. However, I received an email on 26/12 stating that my application had expired. I responded, seeking clarification on why it expired despite my prompt submission of all required information. As of 30/12, I have yet to receive a response. This has been an absolute waste of time, as I was asked for extensive personal information only to be ignored. I plan to file a complaint with the relevant authority.

I applied for a loan, but it was declined. They claimed I didn't have six months of income statements. After waiting two months to gather the required statements and reapplying, I was declined again without any explanation due to company policy. I cannot recommend this service.

Only after I inquired about the delay did I get a response, which left me wondering about the handling of my private information during that time. Be cautious, as this service seems questionable.
I had my $1000 loan approved, but the communication throughout the process was poor. Don't expect quick responses; they won't reply to emails, and phone support is lacking. I'm grateful for the approval, but after finishing repayment, I won't be returning.
