Frustrating application process

I submitted my application on 19/12 but didn’t receive any communication until 24/12. On that date, I received around seven requests for various documents and information, all of which I provided. The account indicated that my application was under review. However, I received an email on 26/12 stating that my application had expired. I responded, seeking clarification on why it expired despite my prompt submission of all required information. As of 30/12, I have yet to receive a response. This has been an absolute waste of time, as I was asked for extensive personal information only to be ignored. I plan to file a complaint with the relevant authority.
