I am writing this message with strong dissatisfaction regarding your customer care service.
There is no proper space, system, or contact channel to complain or communicate customer problems. Your customer care unit is extremely poor. While a few male officers show good gesture and basic professionalism, the overall standardβespecially among female staff at the front desk and customer careβis unacceptable, unprofessional, and reflects a lack of proper training and education in handling customers.
I have completed nearly 20 transactions with your company and have repaid all dues in advance. Despite this, I have never been treated as a loyal or valued customer. This clearly shows that your organization lacks a proper system to recognize and maintain customer relationships.
It is also evident that your management does not have an effective mechanism to review or address customer complaints seriously.
Therefore, I have decided to terminate my relationship with Cash X. Today will be my final payment, and I will completely withdraw from your services.
I strongly advise you to immediately review and re-establish your front desk and customer care operations. If not, your business will become redundant very soon due to poor customer handling.
Thank you for being associated with me over the past year. However, I do not wish success for your organization unless you take serious action to improve and rehabilitate the current standard of your customer service staff.

worse company iv ever dealt with iv been getting over 6 calls from different numbers and have been telling them for the past week im not interested and they still keep calling and the agents are soo rude and dont even want to help
This is a total scam. They are trying to rip you off even without your knowledge charging more than 50% of interest for the amount they provide though it says first loan is free. The better part is it does not reflect the interest or the charges when the loan is applied initially but after the payment is being done to our account a message comes saying the charges are over 50%. In my experience I declined the offer since the amount was way too low than I applied. Even after rejecting over 15 calls offering me the money it was credited to my account forcibly without my knowledge. Afterwards was the better part a message comes saying the charges are over 50% and I have to pay in 10 days the total amount Which is a total scam and a rip of people's hard earned money. The reason why they say it's a service fee is they don't have a licence to charge you interest which only the banking and the financial sector has got. Even as a service fee to charge such amount of more than 50% is illegal according to the consumer act of Sri Lanka they have gone through a loophole of the regulation but if someone challenges them they will fall in trouble. ...I strongly advise the people in Sri Lanka do not fall into this trap it is total scam and a fraud.
