One star is still very good. Rubbish wins, not to mention when they give free spins they start verification check by giving you a phone call whenever they want not when you want. Closed my account and I’ll never play with them. Overall spins over 17000£ wins only 2000£. Stay away.
The one star is a joke in itself! I would genuinely give it minus 60000 stars! Deposited just under £1000 and had a £100 win after that not a single feature I’ve had over £26 then once having the feature it’s instantly spun that and more! Never again will I use this site and please listen to me when I say if you do you will be just as gutted as me!! Gambling is supposed to be enjoyable but on this site it is not 100% not. Take your money and go elsewhere it’s a horrificly shocking site to say the least.
I recently signed up, won over 5x the deposit and withdrew. As with many of these sites I was prompted for verification. I called the support line for further guidance and Simon from the support team was very helpful. The next day I was verified and my withdrawal met my bank account, so much better than experiences with other sites.
Rubbish casino and a scam site. Placed a bet on roulette the bet didn't registered due to technical issues and my money disappeared. I should of won on that spin and the next spin if they had paid my bet, but they scammed me and later said it was a technical issue. I've asked to close my account, would not use again!
SCAMMERSThese crooks allowed me to make £200 worth of deposits and then suddenly closed my account with no explanation.I put in a complaint and have been given the following extremely vague message:Casinocasino.com can reject an application for an online casino Account, or close down an existing Account, in cases of noncompliance by the customer of the General Regulatory Obligations and for Responsible Gaming purposes.The above does not clarify which rule I have broken, however what I do know is these crooks would never have paid out if I'd won, so therefore should return my deposits (which they are refusing to do)This is literally theft and I won't allow them to get away with it. I will be contacting Casinomeister and advising them of this ROGUE casino unless my £200 deposit is refunded within 24 hours.
