Dreadful ,avoid avoid avoid, ridiculously unprofessional

When a company is constantly apologising and offering compensation it is obvious there are failings in that company .I Experienced Written Communication so poor that it appeared to have been written by a poorly educated and/or foreign person with a very poor fluency of English. The fact that you are expected to pay more money for their admitted mistakes of sending the wrong size trays is disgraceful. To then be contacted by phone and to have this person on the phone constantly interrupt you and refuse to listen or understand is nothing short of unacceptable . To then be offered further compensation only to have "terms and conditions" attached to it is also unacceptable . The real problem here is the company "caspersmile" fails and continues to fail because even in the face of overwhelming evidence they refuse to accept responsibility, refuse to take account, refuse to admit their failings and refuse to fix their obvious failings , instead preferring to ignore, dismiss and avoid all the issues believing constant repetitive apologies and compensation is the way forward and the better option . I would recommend nobody to this poor shoddy service, in fact I would dissuade everyone from engaging this company. STAY AWAY AVOID is my advice after the way (and numerous others) have been treated . I will be seeking a full refund even if I have to engage legal proceedings . Dreadful company offering a dreadful experience.0/10.I am convinced they will prove my point now with ......you guessed it !! AN APOLOGY !!! No resolution that I want just a useless repetitive template apology beginning with "First and foremost i would like to APOLOGISE...... blah blah blah , then end with “if you get in touch “ -which I did-and “we will try to find a resolution” -which is exactly what I want but they continuously refuse to do .At this point this action is a redundant and futile offering , I seems I will have to take this to court . Dreadful company.
