Video Impressions Stage. - Impressions made today with the help of Jim who was very patient and thorough. I highly recommend arranging a video call to make your impressions. I look forward to seeing my smile projection.
Initially, everything went smoothly; communication was quick, and I received the perfect aligners without any issues. However, I've now paid for my retainers, and what I got was a subpar set with lines all over, making them unclear. They press against my gums and create large gaps between them and my teeth. Communication has slowed down significantly, and I can't help but wonder if this change is due to the final payment being made.
I received great assistance during my impressions today. Although I have done a few before, it can still be a challenging process with many details to keep track of. The representative guided me skillfully to ensure I achieved the best results.
I have been working with the moulds for quite some time and would like to request a refund as they are not functioning properly. Despite my efforts, I am unable to get the moulds to work. I hope to receive a refund and have reached out to the support team to see if they would accept a 3D scan from my local dentist if it were sent to them.
When a company is constantly apologising and offering compensation it is obvious there are failings in that company .I Experienced Written Communication so poor that it appeared to have been written by a poorly educated and/or foreign person with a very poor fluency of English. The fact that you are expected to pay more money for their admitted mistakes of sending the wrong size trays is disgraceful. To then be contacted by phone and to have this person on the phone constantly interrupt you and refuse to listen or understand is nothing short of unacceptable . To then be offered further compensation only to have "terms and conditions" attached to it is also unacceptable . The real problem here is the company "caspersmile" fails and continues to fail because even in the face of overwhelming evidence they refuse to accept responsibility, refuse to take account, refuse to admit their failings and refuse to fix their obvious failings , instead preferring to ignore, dismiss and avoid all the issues believing constant repetitive apologies and compensation is the way forward and the better option . I would recommend nobody to this poor shoddy service, in fact I would dissuade everyone from engaging this company. STAY AWAY AVOID is my advice after the way (and numerous others) have been treated . I will be seeking a full refund even if I have to engage legal proceedings . Dreadful company offering a dreadful experience.0/10.I am convinced they will prove my point now with ......you guessed it !! AN APOLOGY !!! No resolution that I want just a useless repetitive template apology beginning with "First and foremost i would like to APOLOGISE...... blah blah blah , then end with “if you get in touch “ -which I did-and “we will try to find a resolution” -which is exactly what I want but they continuously refuse to do .At this point this action is a redundant and futile offering , I seems I will have to take this to court . Dreadful company.
Paid £550 in August and still waiting to receive anything. I’ve had my mould done so far and a smile projection (I waited months for) that clearly does not close the gaps in my teeth. The projection actually shows new ones opening at the side. When I point this out and ask for a new projection they ask how many millimetres I want between my teeth without sending me any more projections. They seem to want an endless email conversation with nothing to show for it. As I said, I paid in August and it’s nearly November. Not sure how they can get away with such slow useless service that just repeats itself over and over. It doesn’t feel like there is personalised care on the other end. It all seems to be run by bots. I think this company need to be investigated. Terrible.
