I would not give this company a star they do not honour there warranty. You get a five year unlimited warranty but if u claim there give u a small little pay out because there engineers can never clean the mark or stain they if you get another mark or stain they not interested they say you have had a payment in lieu and that's it I wouldn't bother with this company as they don't want to replace any furniture just give you a few hundred quid and think it's acceptable poor service and staff attitude from start to finish
