If I could give no stars, I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. You will be on hold for hours, only to find out you're speaking to the wrong representative. Then, you'll be transferred to another who does the same thing. Today, I spent a total of 5 hours on hold. The service is lacking and offers zero support.
