If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You will spend hours on hold, only to be told you're in the wrong place, and then transferred to someone else who repeats the same process. I've been on hold for a total of 5 hours today. This service is extremely disappointing and lacks real customer support.

Then, you'll be transferred to another who does the same thing. Today, I spent a total of 5 hours on hold. The service is lacking and offers zero support.
I question what lies behind the contracts associated with this service. This is an incredibly irresponsible company with no minimum standard for customer service. They show no concern for how their inefficiency impacts students. It's truly appalling.
Horrible experience! If you are managing an RN program, avoid this service. Save yourself and your students a lot of trouble. The program does not meet current technology standards, and while the customer service is generally friendly, they lack the necessary knowledge.
