We bought composite decking from Castorama in France and installed them according to the requirements.The decking lasted about 2 years when it started warping and breaking in lenth.We contacted Castorama and were told that they will start a claim with head office, we waited.We have restarted the claim again and was told now that it's to late to claim anything as the original claim was never logged by the Castorama representative, now they don't want to do anything even though the original claim was started inside the warranty time.We are very dissatisfied, we bought everything fron Castorama Valence as they provided us with the best advice. We are about €5,000.00 out of pocket and we now have to rip it all up and put concrete down.
