I placed 20L of heating oil in my basket for 21.85€. When I returned just an hour later to finalize my purchase, I found the price had skyrocketed to 32.90€. That's a shocking 50.57% increase, making it the highest-priced option in the city. This feels like a scam.

This company needs to guide sellers better

This company should ensure sellers don’t pressure customers into a monthly plan, as the fees are high and the bank card process is too quick and unclear. We were caught off guard by a sign-up at a store and didn’t notice the monthly fees until four had already been deducted. Cancelling was straightforward, but there should have been a warning email about the immediate monthly charges regardless of further purchases.

Extremely frustrating experience

I tried to get information on a product for my bathroom but was passed around endlessly. Eventually directed to the store and then to the department, I waited 10 minutes only to be disconnected. How can a business operate like this? I had plans for an entire kitchen as well. Clearly, you can afford to lose €10,000!

No response for returns

I bought something online in April that didn’t work well. I contacted the company the same day for return instructions. Over three months have passed with several reminders sent, yet no solution has been provided. I strongly recommend against online purchases with this company.

Lack of service and misleading delivery info

I ordered 100m2 of paving with a promise of delivery in 4 days. I received immediate confirmation for that timeframe. On the delivery day, I was informed they didn’t have the paving and couldn’t provide an alternative. The payment will be refunded within 14 days, even though I paid a week ago. No service and misleading delivery information.

Exceptional service from an employee

We visited the kitchen department on a Sunday and had an appointment with a representative who was outstanding. This individual should be recognized as the best employee ever. He was incredibly helpful while assisting with our daughter’s kitchen plans, showing expertise and patience. Thank you for the excellent support!

Unacceptable customer service

The customer service here is appalling. After previously reviewing the company, I received an apology from a service agent. I requested a refund due to my lack of trust in another delivery. I was told someone from the store would contact me, but despite providing my phone number, I have received no further communication. This company lacks functioning customer service and has held onto my money for a month without any resolution. Avoid this company at all costs.

Delivery promise not honored

I purchased some shelving based on the promise of delivery in 4 days. However, right after payment, the delivery date was pushed back by 3 weeks. No apology was offered, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
