I placed an order. The money was debited from my account. I didn't receive any tracking information. I requested tracking info via email 4 times. I requested it via their chatbot online twice. The product never arrived. There is no phone number listed to contact them. They only have an email listed for assitance and I've never received a response to the 5 emails I've sent. I opened a dispute for the transaction through Wells Fargo which could take several months to get me reimbursed. I usually use PayPal since they do a great job with keeping scammers in check but that wasn't a checkout option. I received a confirmation through the SHOP app but nothing has been updated there either concerning whether the item was shipped, what the tracking number is, etc. This is the most frustrating situation I've ever had with online shopping.
