This boutique has such a wide selection of clothes, accessories, and beauty products. I bought some dresses and the tallow beauty set, and they've been great. Needed to tailor the dresses a bit to size, but the pieces are high quality and on-trend.
I placed an order. The money was debited from my account. I didn't receive any tracking information. I requested tracking info via email 4 times. I requested it via their chatbot online twice. The product never arrived. There is no phone number listed to contact them. They only have an email listed for assitance and I've never received a response to the 5 emails I've sent. I opened a dispute for the transaction through Wells Fargo which could take several months to get me reimbursed. I usually use PayPal since they do a great job with keeping scammers in check but that wasn't a checkout option. I received a confirmation through the SHOP app but nothing has been updated there either concerning whether the item was shipped, what the tracking number is, etc. This is the most frustrating situation I've ever had with online shopping.
Do not order online…I found a blouse I loved and ordered it on March 12…although I paid for it on that date I still have not received it!!! Not realizing they had deducted the money from my account, I ordered another one…I did receive this one but it was a little small and I have sent 2 emails to customer service with no reply so I ordered another one in size medium on May 21 as with the other blouses they deducted the money from my checking account…it is June 3rd and I haven’t received a package or been notified that the blouse was actually shipped..I cannot find a way to get in touch with them except for email which they refuse to respond!!! Frustrated and disappointed!!!
They sent me a damaged purse, and after 6 weeks have not replaced it nor sent the jewelry I ordered for an event after several attempts at communication. My worst experience with an online retailer, ever. Wildly unprofessional and appears unethical or illegal if unfulfilling orders. I will contact the better business bureau if I don’t hear back in 5 days.
