This company is by far the worst I dealt with shopping online. I bought two pairs of swim shoes so my father and I could go on vacation. Literally a couple hours later he had a heart attack and I told them to cancel the order. A day later I got a message saying to please reconsider. I told them what had happened and sent back to please cancel my order. Later in the afternoon, I got a message saying that they would send the note to cancel to the Department that handles returns but because it's been more than 24 hours it may not be able to be returned.When you buy from them it says that processing takes 3 to 5 days and shipping can take up to 15. But when you actually try to speak with them, they say processing is 24 hours. Everything is predatory about this company and I'm truly taken back by this.Also, you get contacted by another random company," Premier trust store. Now it's been a week and I have not been refunded. I still haven't received the product, which I have no need for now. I'm only writing this to let anybody and everybody know NOT to buy from this company!
