My elderly mother ordered one sweater but was charged for three, totaling nearly $200. The company refused to let her correct the order and shipped three of the same sweater while charging her differently on her credit card. We are disputing the charges. They offered a partial refund and requested her credit card number via email, but refused to provide return instructions for the unwanted items. Avoid this company!
