I ordered a vest that was advertised as 100% wool and very attractive on the website, but instead, I received something that looked nothing like the photos, made of cheap felt, and with no tags. It was absolutely terrible. I felt embarrassed to give it to my daughter, for whom it was intended. After I raised my concerns, I was offered a $20 gift card for their website. Please take my advice and don't be misled; you'd be better off donating the money you plan to spend with this company to those in need, as it would bring you much more satisfaction. This company should be prevented from selling to consumers.
I'd give them a lower rating if possible. The product description is misleading. What I received is ridiculous compared to what was shown online. It looks like something a child would create in art class. It took weeks to arrive, and customer service has not responded to my return request.
This is a scam! Beware! They appear to be a quality site but send items that are completely inferior and not what you ordered. When you request a return, they claim it will cost more than the item itself to return, and then offer a partial credit while keeping the rest of your money. The items are unwearable and not the right size. TOTAL GARBAGE!!
My elderly mother ordered one sweater but was charged for three, totaling nearly $200. The company refused to let her correct the order and shipped three of the same sweater while charging her differently on her credit card. We are disputing the charges. They offered a partial refund and requested her credit card number via email, but refused to provide return instructions for the unwanted items. Avoid this company!
I ordered a 2XL white jacket on September 1st for a wedding, expecting delivery in 15 days. I left for the wedding on the 23rd with no jacket. Upon returning, I wanted a refund, but they claimed return shipping would be too costly and offered me a discount on something I no longer needed. My husband finally tried it on and it wouldn’t fit even a small child. Do not order from this company, it’s a total rip-off!
The products from this company are very poor quality. The return process is also frustrating. I will never buy again. When I asked for a return, they only offered 20% of what I paid back, claiming returns would be too expensive. I'm furious and confused.
