I began to place an order through a payment platform but didn’t complete it. It was still processed and took two weeks. I believe the payment platform shouldn't have authorized the transaction since I didn't want the item. The company refused to refund me unless I returned it at my expense, and they charged exorbitant shipping fees compared to the initial advertisement. I filed a complaint with the payment platform, but since the parcel was delivered, they wouldn’t assist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.
