STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE. I was enticed by the New Year promotion and decided to order hair straighteners. They claimed they had 'server issues' that prevented credit card processing, so I had to use a different payment method. While trying to log into my payment account, I received a fraud alert from my bank about a transaction to an unknown company. My bank contacted me, and by then, there were multiple unauthorized charges. They quickly blocked everything, preventing any transactions from going through. I was fortunate.

I began to place an order through a payment platform but didn’t complete it. It was still processed and took two weeks. I believe the payment platform shouldn't have authorized the transaction since I didn't want the item. The company refused to refund me unless I returned it at my expense, and they charged exorbitant shipping fees compared to the initial advertisement. I filed a complaint with the payment platform, but since the parcel was delivered, they wouldn’t assist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.
I paid with a debit card online. Within two minutes, I received a fraud alert from my bank regarding a withdrawal four times the amount. I contacted my bank, and they informed me a second withdrawal had occurred, both to unfamiliar companies. Thankfully, the bank was able to stop one payment and canceled my card. I might still be out of pocket, and they now have my personal details.
This company has taken £23 from me for a hair comb straightening product, and I received no confirmation or refund after three email requests. To make matters worse, they have a fake six-star review on their site. I am now working with my bank to seek a refund.

Beware, this is not a UK-based business. I've dealt with many companies in different countries, and this seems like a scam site. I fortunately realized this and checked online before finalizing my payment, as something felt off. Also, don’t trust the reviews on their site; they are all fake.
