I have two payouts (February 23 and March 19) marked as “paid” in my account, but I have not received any funds.
Payoneer confirmed that there are no incoming or pending transactions, which means the payments were not actually sent.
I contacted support 4 times and received no response.
I am now requesting the Stripe payout ID or proof of transfer, but still no reply.
Very disappointing experience. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
