Very disappointing service and communication. A representative offered a good price for an oven and then failed to respond to emails about pick-up and payment. He promised to arrange pick-up in a week when I managed to speak with him, saying 'he wouldn't let me down.' Unfortunately, he did. I wouldn’t trust this company... shocking customer service.
