Fantastic experience through and through. Not only we’ve got a huge discount for all the things we need for the kitchen (appliances, taps, sinks), the service was brilliant all the way through! We made an appointment to go in their showroom but because it was a sunny weekend so the road from London to Bournemouth was so busy and took us double the time. They were able to accommodate date even though we were almost 2 hours late.
The delivery guy Harry was great too, very helpful and couldn’t do enough during the delivery. Good communication through out. Cannot recommend Charlene and the team enough!
Terrible experience, ordered a large amount of items from them, which arrived damaged after a chaotic delivery. When trying to arrange a return, they expected a single woman to lift a heavy double range cooker onto a pallet to avoid paying for a two-person lift and packing service. The issue arose because their warehouse staff had placed a heavy sink on top of the range cooker without support, causing damage. The final straw was when a representative said he would 'sort me out' when I disagreed with him.

I discovered the company online after noticing the cooker I wanted was cheaper there than at a well-known store. I hadn't heard of them before, but after browsing their range online, I decided to visit. I'm very glad I did, as I found exactly what I wanted. A representative took the time to research options for an extractor hood, which I needed the most help with, and I never felt pressured. I have finally had the hood installed, and it’s perfect.
