Better to steer clear. I purchased a commercial dishwasher and was given an unreasonably long delivery date. When I canceled, they offered an earlier date without realizing the item was faulty, wasting the engineer's time. The control board was soaked, indicating it was either used or damaged in transit. The representative didn't take responsibility or help with repair costs. This is unacceptable.
