After searching online, I found dinner plates that matched my existing ones for my business. I ordered and paid in full, only to receive an email saying they were out of stock despite being advertised. I didn't want a substitute as it wouldn't match my current set. I asked for a full refund, but the representative was rude, stating I'd have to wait 5-7 days for it. I would never recommend this service as they advertise items they can't provide!
