Only one pack of plates arrived. I spoke to a representative who assured me the package was the right weight. I had to provide written proof that the item was not delivered and measurements to show that it was impossible for the outer box to contain more than one box! The representative disputed my complaints about customer service and stated it could take up to 72 hours to get a response from the supplier. Now, over a week later, I have heard nothing further, and it seems unlikely I'll receive the missing plates or a refund.
