After placing the order I found that Cathedraly.com was using House of CB's images and item descriptions as their own. When requesting to cancel they declined and proceeded to send me a fake tracking number and information saying it was being shipped from US. After two weeks of a fake shipping number they provided me a completely different tracking number that said the package was coming from China! I had paid for express shipping and have requested a refund as express shipping was not used, they are refusing to refund this. Customer service is really poor. They do not answer your questions or just straight out ignore them. The customer service was the most frustrating part of this experience. Received product eventually, dress is OK but underwear visible under the dress. Not to the quality I'd expect for the price.
