I placed an order and paid in full, but then… nothing happened. There was no delivery, no tracking updates, and no meaningful communication. It’s been over a week with no information about my order or even if it exists. Taking people's money without delivering the purchased items is unacceptable and honestly feels like theft. I had to reach out myself just to get basic answers, and even then, there was no resolution. I am now requesting a cancellation and a full refund; otherwise, I will have to contact my bank to escalate the issue. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered. I would strongly recommend others to reconsider before placing an order.
