Terrible experience with no communication

I placed an order and paid in full, but then… nothing happened. There was no delivery, no tracking updates, and no meaningful communication. It’s been over a week with no information about my order or even if it exists. Taking people's money without delivering the purchased items is unacceptable and honestly feels like theft. I had to reach out myself just to get basic answers, and even then, there was no resolution. I am now requesting a cancellation and a full refund; otherwise, I will have to contact my bank to escalate the issue. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered. I would strongly recommend others to reconsider before placing an order.

Disappointing Experience with Water Fountain

I bought a water fountain that has a white exterior, green interior, and a lily design. It sprays water down through the lily with a filter. However, after a few days, I noticed aquatic worms breeding in the water. I tested it by leaving a cup of water in the window while cleaning the fountain, but the filter could only be rinsed after four days. The worms returned even though the water looked clear. The company's response blamed the fountain's placement and claimed the worms 'jumped from nearby plants,' offering three free filters as compensation. I wanted a refund, but without the original receipt, nothing could be done. This situation is really unpleasant, and a quick search online shows others have had similar issues. I can't leave a review on other platforms, yet it still has a high rating. Be cautious and demand better; your pet deserves clean water.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

As a cat show participant, I often receive samples from cat product companies. After placing an order, I received an email stating it was being prepared. However, tracking showed no delivery attempt. When I contacted customer service, the response was dismissive and patronizing. I was told to wait for a reorder without any acknowledgment of my missing package. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I will not use this company again.
