I ordered from Cato nearly a month ago, June 23rd, and yesterday, July 13th, I received an email saying half my items were canceled because they were out of stock. How are they out of stock if I already paid for them?! Why did it take them almost a month to package and ship an order? And after I emailed them asking to cancel the rest of my order because of how ridiculous this was, they said they can’t and I’ll just have to return them when I get them myself. Absolutely ridiculous. No reason a company should have this poor online services in 2024.
