Recently ordered from Catrina Fresh Mex in Glenpool, Ok. and to say it was bad would be putting it mildly. The food looked terrible, our orders were lacking all the sides and it was cold. My daughter took it back and explained the problems to the guy there. He told her if she wanted the sides she should have said so (even though it was listed on their menu that these sides came with it) and tried to blame it on her for it being cold, saying it took her 30 minutes to pick it up (which was a total lie; when she got there she was told it would be a 10 minute wait for our order. She waited, picked it up and came straight home (we live 3 minutes from there). He was very rude and asked her if she wanted him to put the missing items in there. She told him she wanted it remade because it looked terrible and was cold. (I had ordered the Carne Asada Bowl which was supposed to come with chopped steak, rice, beans guac sour cream cheese and pico de gallo. What I got was a small bowl of hamburger meat with rice and a pepper on the side. She had ordered a taco plate. The tacos were extremely soggy, cold and was also missing the sides.) He continued to be rude and try to blame their screw ups on her. She finally had enough and asked for a refund and we went elsewhere for food. I would not recommend this place and will never go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
