We purchased a three-tier model from a seller to replace a previous item from another brand that, despite its high cost, was not suitable and lasted only two years. From the beginning, the company demonstrated exceptional communication and provided outstanding service. The item arrived within four days, and the quality was immediately evident. It is very well constructed, easy to put together, and incredibly sturdy! As with many cat-related items, I anticipated some hesitation from our little one, but I was completely mistaken! He jumped right in from day one and has slept there every night since. Fantastic product and highly recommended.

There was a slight delay in delivery due to high demand, but I was kept updated on when to expect it, and it arrived within the timeframe. The tracking didn’t function properly, but I trusted the process, and it showed up! A great small business offering quality items. Highly recommended.
I felt misled. While I received prompt replies from the sales team, I had to request the tracking link. The shipping from another country was unexpected. The tracking didn’t update, and I was informed that I had not received delivery notifications due to an error in the email address used. The delivery service claimed they attempted to deliver, but the package has been stuck in a depot. The representative showed no accountability and insisted that sharing the tracking link was sufficient. I found the service outdated and lacking in customer care. I plan to report this situation, as I feel they deserve no stars for this unprofessional experience. I received a late-night email asking me to remove my review, indicating their obsession with feedback without understanding customer experience.
This is my third order from this seller. The products are consistently high quality, and I find them to be good value for money (I usually buy during sales). Delivery was quicker this time as well—only a few days from ordering. I will definitely shop here again.
