I placed an order for three items through their website. After a week of waiting, I had to reach out via email to find out what was happening. I was informed that they would ship my order as soon as possible. A few days later, I learned that one of the items was unavailable, and then in another email, I was told they only had one item in stock. After three weeks, I finally received just one product. The entire process was very chaotic and disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again.
