I bought a bike from this Company on 20.01.16 which still has not arrived 2 weeks later. When I try to contact them by email to get an update or DHL tracking number I get no reply despite several emails being sent. We tried to phone the shop also and the phone was put down on us, then every time we have phoned it is on answering machine. So currently I have no bike, no delivery information, but they took my money two weeks ago!
