I placed an order with a company called Cavalentern The items I received were completely different from the products advertised online both the fabric and design were not as shown in the pictures. The materials I received look like cheap curtain fabric instead of wearable clothing.When I tried to return the items, the company refused the return even though their policy states that if a product is not as described, a refund will be issued upon return. They first asked me to send pictures, which I did. The second time, they again requested pictures. I then asked for a return label to send the items back and get my refund, but they replied that because the items were on discount which they themselves had applied — their sales rules no longer applied. After that, they stopped responding to my messages.I later discovered that Cavalentern operates under multiple company names using the same bank account, which indicates a possible scam network. No one want to received what they never ordered .
