It’s honestly shocking that something like this is being sold. I don’t understand how this company hasn’t gone bankrupt yet.

Do NOT trust this company! I ordered a dress, it arrived 2 weeks late and it was NOT the dress I ordered. I reached out to the customer service email that is on the website, and their response was that their merchant doesn't always have the EXACT piece pictured, so they send something close. Their return policy states we can return items within 14 days of receipt, but they wanted me to pay for shipping. HORRIBLE customer service! They expected me to pay to return the wrong item they sent me. Heck no! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
The delivered goods deserve only one name: trash!The return process is completely confusing, as the goods are handed over to a logistics provider in Germany and then there is no sender to be found anymore. It then turns out that the costs for returning the goods abroad have to be paid. In short, I would describe the website as a scam.
Wish I had of read these reviews earlier, their product is disgusting. You do not receive anything like the photos. It is cheap and nasty. I have ordered clothing online from other companies before and received much better quality and a lot cheaper. I wish there was a minus on the reviews they don't deserve a star at all.
Deserves less than 1 star. I wish I checked out the reviews before hand. I received my dress today and it looks NOTHING like the photo. I should have known better, but I try to not treat every random clothing brand like they are scammers. It looks like it would be pointless to even try to return so I’m going to make the best of it and connect with a semesters I know and make it my own. It’s so disappointing when you try to support companies and they end up being scammers. Smh. What a waste of money.
First of all it took longer to arrive at my. home, then the dress wasn't the one I ordered. The material was cheap! Also it didn't have any tags on the dress. I looked to send it back, but their email to send it back didn't even work. So I am stuck with it. What a scam, now I know why I hardly order on line unless I do know the company is reliable. took a chance my mistake.
