The local branch has closed, leaving me with unresolved treatment and financial issues. I've only received one vague email without any information on how to recover my money. The other branch is not an option due to the separation of the business entities. This feels highly unethical, especially as they encouraged purchases before the closure. I'm requesting a full refund, as I've been waiting since 2023. The business ethics here are shockingly low. I expected to be contacted regarding alternative treatment or a refund, but since neither has happened, it shows a lack of intention to act honorably. Very disappointing management.
