The other branch is not accessible due to the separation of the business. This situation feels unethical, especially as they promoted purchases just before the closure. I expect a full refund, as I've been waiting since 2023. The displayed business practices and ethics are very disappointing. I anticipated being contacted for alternative treatment or a refund, but since neither has occurred, it indicates a lack of intent to act responsibly. Overall, poor management.

The treatment I received was humiliating and disrespectful.
