After buying a package for treatments, I was informed last minute that one type of treatment was no longer available. They offered a complimentary facial and a refund, but the refund was less than a quarter of what I originally paid. I’ve only received one facial from the package and no laser treatments. Now, my emails and calls are being ignored. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience and find the lack of professionalism appalling.
