Honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any clinic. They care only about taking your money — once you pay, you’re on your own.It all started when I came in for a consultation — done not by a medical professional, but by a sales person with absolutely no qualifications. She insisted I must buy 8 sessions of Airsculpting to see wanted results (even though I’m already slim). I trusted their “expertise” and paid upfront.At my first actual appointment with a practitioner, I was immediately told that because of my low body fat, they can’t even do 8 sessions — maximum 4 but even that she was skeptical (which I appreciated the professionalism). Imagine paying for 8 sessions of something and then being told it’s not even suitable for you? No refund, of course. I was told refunds aren’t possible — only clinic credit. So now I was left with a big prepaid balance and basically no choice but to use it. The practitioner recommended EMTONE instead, saying it might help, and I kinda had no other option but to agree — plus another £420 on top to start that treatment.But the worst part is how they treat people after you’ve paid.I booked my last 4 EMTONE sessions weeks in advance because I told my practitioner I was moving abroad and wouldn’t be back for months. Yet — the day before (less than 24 hours) until my last 4th appointment — they tried to cancel on me because their practitioner was sick. They called me 4 times, one call even asking if I can come to the clinic in 20 minutes now. Extremely unprofessional. After I insisted, they finally kept my original appointment.Unfortunately, overnight I had a personal emergency — and I had to leave London earlier than expected. I let them know straight away, explained my situation, and kindly asked for a refund for the one last session I couldn’t attend.Their response? Zero care, zero empathy. Just hiding behind their 48-hour cancellation policy.Funny how they can cancel on me with less than 24 hours notice due to “unforeseen circumstances” but when it comes to the clients unforeseen circumstances it doesn’t matter.This clinic’s policy only works one way — their way.No medical care, no customer care — just sales pressure, trapping clients in overpriced packages, and taking advantage of people who trust them.Please read all the other 1-star reviews before booking anything here — I wish I did.
